14-day refunds of unused images
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the images from that pack that you have not used. Images are always taken from your oldest purchase first. If you have not used any images from the pack, you get the full price back. If you have used some, you get back the share of the price that matches its unused images at the time of the refund.
Failed images are never charged
An image uses its credit only when it is delivered. If the model’s safety filter turns your request down, the image takes too long, or it cannot be made for another reason, the credit goes straight back to your wallet code. You do not need to ask.
If an image was delivered but is clearly broken (for example, it is blank or cut off), write to us within 14 days with your order number and we will put the credit back. An image that came out as described but that you do not like counts as used.
How to ask
Email support@flux3klein.org with the order number from your Waffo receipt (it starts with ORD_) or the email address you paid with. We reply by email and ask Waffo, our merchant of record, to refund the payment. Waffo says card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your images
When the refund goes through, the unused images from that purchase are removed from your wallet code, calculated as described above. Images from your other purchases stay as they are, and so do images you have already made and downloaded.
After 14 days
After 14 days, we can still refund a purchase made twice by mistake or images that could not be used because the service did not work. Write to us and describe what happened. If we close the service, the unused images are refunded, as described in the terms.
Before a chargeback
If something went wrong with a payment, please email us first. We can usually sort it out without a dispute with your bank.
Your legal rights
In the EU and the UK, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days. For an image pack, cancelling within 14 days gets you back the price of the images you have not used; the images you made are paid for. That is what the 14-day refund above does. If the service is faulty, you also have the rights the law of your country gives you, which can include a repair or a refund. This policy adds to those rights and does not limit them.

The share of the price that matches the unused images of that pack. Asked within 14 days, a pack you have not used is refunded in full.
Do failed images use a credit?
No. A credit is used only when the image is delivered.
